I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at ULux Nail, From the moment I walked in, luci was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The ambiance of the salon was relaxing, and everything was impeccably clean and stylish. I went in for a classic nude manicure with chrome effect and the results exceeded my expectations! My nails came out beautifully shaped and perfectly polished with a natural, glossy finish. The attention to detail from the nail technician was remarkable, and I felt truly pampered throughout the session. I love how Louis made sure my manicure looked flawless while also ensuring my comfort. This salon truly offers luxury and quality, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Amazing! Absolutely amazing! Firstly, I just moved to Dallas and was looking for a great spot. This place is perfect. The atmosphere is so comforting and peaceful, everyone is so sweet and welcoming, and you feel just at home. They bring you so many drink options too. It was also super easy to get an appointment set up. If you’re going to get your nails done, go with Zoey! She is absolutely perfect and my nails look flawless, leaving me super happy. She is very attentive to details, friendly, and helps you style your nails up with her advice and guidance. She is a perfectionist and her work demonstrates that, leaving me with healthier/gorgeous looking nails. I am always going to go back to her and this salon, they now have a regular customer! I’ve been a client with ULUX since they opened their original location on Routh St in 2019 and I love them. I come to their new location when I go before work, it’s beautiful and clean, and usually much less crowded than the original location. (The space is more open like the typical salon style vs the house style of Routh.) You can expect a lot of the same things that you would at the Routh St location like complementary drinks, the relaxing massage chairs, and a friendly and welcoming staff. The prices are consistent with the area, but the quality is ON POINT, and since this is a new location for them they they are usually running a promotion of some sort, lately, it’s been a gift card for your next appointment based on how much you’ve spent. I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed, and if you are in my experience, they always make you whole. 😌 ~ Marlie J

I am in town for work and needed a gel x fill. I looked at places close to where I’m staying and none of them does a gel x set. So I searched on google and came across Ulux Nail Spa. I called and was able to make an appt for that day. When I walked in I was greeted by a young man at the front desk. He was so nice and made me feel welcomed. My nail tech was Emma. She was very sweet. I showed her a couple of nail designs. Emma was able to do the design that we picked. It’s exactly what I wanted. I’m here for a few weeks so I’ll definitely be back for another fill and maybe get a pedicure next time ~ Kara A

Everyone at this shop is very friendly !! Tina does my nails(dip powder) she is social and friendly. I am new to the Dallas area and have tried several nail salons and they were not friendly and very unwelcoming. This is the only salon that made me feel welcomed! **I have returned back to this Nail spa a few times now and plan on continuing to do so. Unfortunately I couldn’t book with my usual, however I had a great experience with Henry! My nails came out great and we also had great convo. Also, Kay the front desk provider is so nice and helpful. :) ~ Lacey J

I had a wonderful experience here today and was treated by Zoey for a Gel-X Manicure. Everyone was extremely attentive to me and my friend, who is treated by Thena-she even took extra time to make sure my friend was pleased with her nail shape and a manicure. Zoey was really gentle with removing my old manicure with the drill, meticulous in placing my Gel X extensions, and expertly applying the gel polish. I cannot be happier and will be returning soon!!! I had an amazing experience, just like every other time at their Routh St location. The Oak Lawn location was cute and clean and the service was great. They matched my manicure inspo pic exactly and were super polite when I wanted to adjust the shade of my pedicure color. I also love that Ulux always has two techs working on me at once so I can get my manicure and pedicure done at the same time. Really eliminates the time having to sit in the chair! Went to the nail salon for the first time, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff of highlighting, courteous and welcoming to me for my services. I was able to get my nails cut down and have my original acrylic taken off. Zoey was great at taking off, my all set and adding a new set. Oh my goodness!! Ben is the BEST pedicurist I've ever had! I get ingrown toenails that hard deep and. HARD to get, usually painful to say the least. But Ben.... was so gentle and patient I was able to relax the entire time and he got them all out anyway! And he sure knows how to massage legs and feet! Get the Ulux Pedi package and ask for Ben! So glad I found this place, I’ll never need to go anywhere else! Everyone is absolutely amazing, Lucy at the front is so sweet, helpful, and makes some killer drinks, Nhu is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for years, she’s so dedicated to her craft and precise, Ben always does my pedicure and is so detailed and meticulous. My friend and I got our manipedis done here and I can't wait to come back. This is a picture of the super cute style they put on her hands. This experience has convinced me to stop biting my nails (and cuticles) because having them professionally cleaned is incredibly worth the price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Ulux Nail Spa! The receptionist, Aiden, was incredibly kind and made me a delicious mango Margarita. Ivy, my nail tech, did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She even suggested some different colors and let me test them out before committing. This is their second location, conveniently located off Oaklawn & Lemmon, right across from Pappadeaux. It was my first time there. I was in the area and googled. Decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did. They provided great customer service. My nail tech was friendly and did a great job. I got my nails done on Saturday and unfortunately wasn’t happy with the results. I appreciated that the salon reached out and offered to fix the issue right away. Loved my experience! I had a relaxing lavender pedicure. Ivy did an amazing job. I was first offered a drink and chose a very delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. The person who greeted me and made me the coffee was so friendly and welcoming. This was my first nail spa experience in Dallas and by far the best I’ve ever had. I had high hopes but sadly was not impressed. It felt a little dirty and the woman doing my nails was pretty rough on them. She dug her nails under mine multiple times which felt a bit odd. They look fine but not for what they charged. Update: I know that some people have rough days and they graciously refunded me! Everyone who works here is very kind and welcoming. ~ allie s

They have all the great amenities from hot towels, cocktails, soda and the pedicure massage chairs are great. Environment is peaceful, very clean. Zoey did a great job on my pedicure!! COME HERE!! I’m extremely picky with my French tips and my nails, I’ve struggled trying to find a good person to do them. This place has beautiful architecture Europe-like, classical music, they treat you very respectfully. They accept walk-ins. The girl that did my nails aced it perfectly. This is the first salon that I went to since moving to Dallas from NYC. Everyone in the salon is extremely nice and my gel mani/pedi was done really well. I love how attentive all the staff is.
